Skillet Sausage and Rice

I tweaked it a little bit and it was awesome and super easy!!!

12oz pkg Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups uncooked instant brown rice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp italian seasoning

Cut sausage into 1/2 inch slices and saute in large skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Remove and drain on paper towels. Add pepper, onion and garlic to skillet and saute until tender. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add rice, sausage, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand an additional 5 minutes.

Where do you buy the sausage??? I've never seen that before, and kev would love this recipe!

i just found packaged sausage in shoprite in a few different varieties and decided to go with roasted garlic.
